There & Back Again is a non-profit reintegration program offered at no cost to veterans of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Enroll in one of the ongoing wellness program and learn how yoga, meditation and breath awareness helps alleviate symptoms of PTSD such as insomnia, anxiety, anger, depression, isolation, inability to concentrate and many others. The weekly sessions incorporate the above techniques which provide veterans with many tools to self-regulate. The Veterans Yoga Project brings together information and resources for anyone interested in the use of Yoga as a therapeutic practice for Veterans coping with PTSD and other trauma-related psychological problems. We hope to be a valuable resource for Veterans, yoga teachers, and others by organizing articles about the benefits of yoga, downloadable yoga practices in print and audio (mp3) format, and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas. Exalted Warrior Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 The Exalted Warrior Foundation facilitates an adaptive yoga instruction program that is designed for wounded warriors in the active military, veteran hospital facilities, and veterans within communities around the country.
