Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

YogaForVets has expanded its mission and is continuing to assist our Veterans, First Responders, Active Members and their families find peace by starting an equine rescue and sanctuary to support trauma recovery efforts.  By helping animals and people, YogaForVets continues to promote peace and healing for those who have served and their families as well. The known effects of animal and human interactions are profound and life changing, and there are many animals that need a lifelong safe haven home.  By combining an animal rescue and sanctuary with trauma recovery services we can both serve and honor those that have helped us provide an enduring space for future generations to heal and find connections to peace.

We have the unique opportunity to purchase and renovate a farm thanks to a considerate landowner that wishes to support our initiative.  The land hosts many native species of plants and animals already and promotes a holistic integration of space for domesticated and wild species in its existing state.

Securing the land for future generations will enable YogaForVets to continue offering ongoing animal rescue programs and educational events for the community.  Participation for service members and their families will always be free of charges and your support allows us to offer both the animals and those who have served, a space for love and healing.

Your contribution serves not just a single event, but in purchasing the land and building community service projects in turn creates jobs to support our Veterans, First Responders and their families.
